1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the hjaya9 platform (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") in their entirety. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "Player" or "User") and hjaya9 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the hjaya9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or terminated by hjaya9 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order — whether voluntary (through hjaya9's own tools) or imposed by a recognised responsible gaming organisation.

Parents and guardians in Bangladesh are encouraged to make use of device-level parental controls available on Android and iOS operating systems to restrict access to online gambling platforms for minors in their household.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of features on hjaya9 — including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a verified account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number associated with your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active hjaya9 account at any given time. Creating or attempting to create more than one account — whether under the same or a different name, email address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hjaya9 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate accounts and to void any winnings generated through duplicate accounts.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. hjaya9 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or phone. You must notify the hjaya9 support team immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

hjaya9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as part of its commitment to security and responsible gaming. You may be required to submit identity and address verification documents at any of the following points: upon first withdrawal request; when cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds; when account activity triggers a fraud or security alert; or at any time at the Company's discretion. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your hjaya9 account balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes of a confirmed mobile wallet transaction. hjaya9 does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the original deposit (the "same source" rule), subject to the completion of KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 4 hours during business hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawals requested outside peak hours may take up to 24 hours.

4.3 Wagering Requirements on Bonuses

Where a deposit bonus or promotional credit has been applied to your account, you must fulfil the associated wagering requirement in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. Wagering requirements, multipliers, and game contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion's terms and conditions. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus amount being deducted from the withdrawal total.

• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to the fulfilment of wagering requirements.
• hjaya9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple accounts, or collusion — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• General wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Check each promotion's individual terms for the applicable multiplier.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game is governed by the specific rules defined by its respective studio. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are publicly disclosed by the game studios and are available on request.

6.1 Random Number Generation

Winnings derived from a game session affected by a confirmed technical error are not payable.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of using the hjaya9 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following standards. Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure of your account.

7.1 Obligations

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date account registration information at all times.
• Notify hjaya9 promptly of any change to your registered contact details, including mobile number and email address.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share login details with any third party.
• Use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• Cooperate fully with any KYC, identity verification, or fraud investigation request made by hjaya9.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

• Opening or using more than one account simultaneously.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated wagering intended to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing hjaya9 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform by automated means.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

hjaya9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity theft, payment fraud, or chargeback abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity — defined as no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. A notice will be sent to the registered email address prior to closure of an inactive account.
• Identification of the account holder as a politically exposed person (PEP) requiring enhanced due diligence.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder through the responsible gaming tools.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

9. Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Loss of data or content stored within your account.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit hjaya9's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. hjaya9 operates as an online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market and is committed to fair, transparent, and good-faith resolution of all player disputes.

10.1 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute relating to a game outcome, a withdrawal, an account decision, or any other matter, you should follow this process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise your concern directly with the hjaya9 live chat support team, available 24/7. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 15–60 minutes.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction through live chat, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account Username]". Include a clear description of the issue, the date(s) involved, and any supporting evidence. hjaya9 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If the formal complaint response does not resolve the dispute, the matter may be escalated to the senior management team. hjaya9 will communicate the escalation process details to you directly in its complaint response.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the hjaya9 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and hjaya9 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
